Who needs a condom catheter?

Condom catheters 1) frequently cause irritating rashes and excoriation if the male is allergic to latex or even the adhesive 2) generally leak 3)  further degrade the person using them  4)  rarely stay in place.

Why would anyone want to wear one?  So what is the alternative?

Try a MUDS if you are continent and contemplating a condom catheter because you can’t use a urinal.
